Raja95 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the raja95 platform — whether via the website at raja95.fun, the Android mobile app, or iOS — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

Raja95 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, although we will endeavour to inform members via their registered email or in-platform notifications when significant changes are made.

2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the raja95 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Not prohibited by local, state, or federal law from participating in online entertainment activities.
• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Do not register more than one personal account — each individual is only permitted to hold one active account.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use false information.

Raja95 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified period will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, active email address, and a valid payment method. All this information will be used for verification, transaction processing, and important account-related communications.

3Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes financial transactions, wagering, and any changes to account details made using your login credentials.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Raja95 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used by legitimately registered members, with one bonus per person for each specified offer.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using opposing game strategies — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins.

6Rules & Conduct During Play

All games on the raja95 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure true fairness and randomness in every game round.

Members agree to:

• Play individually without the assistance of automation software, bots, or third-party scripts.
• Accept game outcomes as generated by the certified RNG system.
• Do not attempt to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to the raja95 technical team immediately.
• Respect other players in multiplayer games and refrain from using offensive or threatening language.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, raja95 will endeavour to restore the game to the state it was in before the disruption occurred. In cases where restoration is not possible, the affected rounds will be voided and bets returned.

7Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions

Using the raja95 platform for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation.
• Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to access raja95's technical systems without authorisation.
• Spreading false information or damaging the reputation of raja95 to the public.
• Using a VPN or location masking methods to circumvent designated regional restrictions.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Raja95 takes member privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your data is used for the following purposes only:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Raja95 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the raja95 support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering conditions must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe, subject to a final review.

For members who wish to take a temporary break from the platform, self-limit and temporary account suspension options are also available through the Responsible Gaming.

11Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the raja95 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Members agree that Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to the raja95 platform and the use of our services.
